Unknown known

Met an elderly driver(~50y) from Uber who in <20 minutes explained life, the importance of being full of conviction throughout life. What he also enlightened is the way things have changed over the years and how people have lost patience in dealing with tough times and just how this transformation has led to serious issues in our personal lives. We are possibly fighting our challenges so independently that we have lost our happiness to isolation. Sometimes the unknown "known" is unknowingly learned from an "unknown."
