Time to write final post of the day.. 2106HRS, i m bloggin.. :)... felt like writin on doing things flawlessly... exams round the corner... everyone around me just too busy with the collection of notes, deep study of syllabus(as if questions in exams  are abt syllabus text not abt the topics), some are busy in finalizing notes...Life in exams take a new turn....  The thought came in my mind, while i was preparing for viva... during the study of WCM book( Working Capital )... I found a quote on the title page... " its all abt doing not thinking.."... The KPOs that Rock.. :-)

Writing the top ten KPOs wont solve my purpose... Lets learn, wht exactly A KPO is .. why its a rocking business now... Knowledge process outsourcing  (KPO) is a form of outsourcing, in which knowledge-related and information-related work is carried out by workers in a different company or by a subsidiary of the same organization, which may be in the same country or in an offshore location to save cost. Unlike the outsourcing of manufacturing, this typically involves high-value work carried out by highly skilled staff.  KPO firms, in addition to providing expertise in the processes themselves, often make many low level business decisions—typically those that are easily undone if they conflict with higher-level business plans. KPO is essentially an offshoot of BPO.  It is the high-end activity of the BPO industry and is estimated to have a magnificent growth in the next few years.  It is estimated that the low-end work of BPOs’ will shift to destinations like Bangladesh and Philippines,...

We hve already been to one industrial trip.. it was a fun filled trip... If i ask myself abt the class o...

Crude Oil trend :-)

Crude oil has been showing a dramatic pricing movements this year... It is not the first time crude oil's stability has been hurt, a lot many times it keeps on changing... Crude oil is a dollar denominated commodity, for sure the prices of dollar make an impact on its prices...  There was a time when prices reached 140$ a barrel, so the price of one barrel is around 60$ The balance of demand and supply is tight with daily demand of roughly 86 million barrels per day, almost the same level as daily supply. Some of the major issues are: 1. Dollar weakness and funds   A combination of weaker performance in other asset classes and expectations of continued strength across the commodities complex has drawn in investors and speculative funds, providing further support for the market. An added incentive for them has been the weakness of the dollar against other major currencies, which makes dollar-denominated commodities relatively cheap. This made a rise in prices of crude oil...  2. OPE...

Present , presentation and present.. the three similarly lookin words... Presentation is a serious business which a professional has to do these days.. to succeed...  When it comes to addressing even a small crowd or making a presentation in front of a small group, most of us get anxious . While there is no denying the fact that public speaking may not be an easy task, a little planning can definitely make things easier. Business is all about selling your product and service .  Lets see an Article of ET.. saying few good things abt it... Start planning well in advance. “No matter how confident you think you are, it’s always better to start preparing well in advance" The earlier you start preparing, the better it is.” Apart from the content, your planning would include everything from visuals - posters, charts, PowerPoint presentation, etc – to your speech, appearance and body language.
